Crowley- Funeral services for Dave “Tee” Jordan, 36, will be held on Tuesday April 15, 2014 at 2:00PM at Duhon Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Burl Adams officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday April 14, 2014 from 2:00PM until 10:00PM with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00PM and will resume on Tuesday at 8:00AM until just prior to service time. Interment will follow the service at Gueydan Cemetery. “Tee” passed away on Friday April 11, 2014.
An avid bass fisherman, “Tee” was a loving husband, father, son and brother who also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends as well as his “special canine friends”, Sassy, Bossman and “Riley ‘Tootsie roll’ ”. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Nichole S. Jordan of Morse, LA; father Clifford Blanchard of Crowley, LA; four sons, Blane Lacoste , Jake Jordan and Steven Jordan all of Houma, LA and Nicholas Hanks of Crowley, LA, two step-daughters, Alexis Smith and Mallory Dupuis both of Crowley, LA; siblings, Tiffany Jordan of Crowley, LA , David and Jessica Jordan of Pensacola, FL and Walter Guidry of Crowley, LA ; brother-in-law Skippy and Megan Smith of Estherwood, LA; one aunt; two uncles; six nieces and six nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Roy; father-in-law Carl Smith and his brother-in-law Heith Smith.
Pallbearers will be David Jordan, Walter Guidry, Brent Dupont, Aaron Lejeune, Skippy Smith and Calvin Dupont. Honorary pallbearers will be Blane Lacoste, Jake Jordan and Steven Jordan.
