Cynthia Thibodeaux (Thibodeaux)
Church Point- A Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the Duhon Funeral Home, LLC of Church Point for Cynthia T. Thibodeaux, 60, who passed away on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 11:33 a.m. at The Regional Medical Center of Acadiana in Lafayette.
Fr. Stephen Ugwu, Associate Pastor of Our Lady of The Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point will be officiating for the Services. Burial will be in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church New Cemetery in Church Point.
The family is requesting the visitation to be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until time of services all in the funeral home chapel. A Rosary will be recited at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
Survivors include her husband, Stephen Thibodeaux of Church Point; two sons, Justin Venable, and fiancé Hailee Briscoe of Church Point and Drifter and wife, Andrea Venable of Columbia, TN; five grandchildren, Dasha, Breanna, MaKayla, Devin and Hailee; and one great-grand daughter, Gabriella; A special Aunt, Mattie of Rayne.
Cynthia was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Victoria; her parents, Alex and Imogene T. Foreman; her maternal grandparents, Edmond and Agnes Thibodeaux, Sr.
