Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church Life Center in Duson for Todd Wade Lemaire, 49, who passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014 at 1:30 a.m.
Fr. Breaux, Pastor of St. Theresa Catholic Church will officiate for the funeral services and Fr. Kendal Faulk will officiate for the graveside services. A Rosary will be recited at 6 in the evening on Friday in the Life Center in Duson. Burial will be in the Lemaire Cemetery in Cow Island.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Friday, October 10, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in the St. Theresa Catholic Church Life Center in Duson. Then visitation will resume on Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
Survivors include one daughter, Megan Lemaire of Rayne; two sons, Corey Lemaire and his fiancee', Erin Farias of Austin Texas and Josh Lemaire also of Austin, TX; his parents, Leroy and Flaudry Lemaire of Duson; four sisters, Lisa and husband, Bobby Cormier of Rayne, Sandra Lemaire of Duson, Charlene Cashat of Milton and Marlene Lemaire of Cow Island; and one brother, Mitchell and wife, Monique Lemaire of Duson and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mitchell Martin, Mitchell Lemaire, Corey Lemaire, Captain Christopher Dogay, Scotty Dogay, Devon Dogay and Rodney Cormier. Honorary Pallbearers will be Donald DeBlanc, Hunter Lemaire, Mitchell Lemaire, II, Landon Istre, Rylan Dogay and Reddick Steven.
