Cassandra LeJeune
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point for Cassandra P. LeJeune, 26, who passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 8:47 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette, La.
Fr. Herman Ogea, Pastor of Trinity Episcopal will be officiating for the services.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until time of services all in the Funeral Home chapel.
Survivors include three daughters, Lacey Elizabeth Wiggins, Emily Marie Isabella LeJeune and Adalyn Jade Mills all of Church Point; one son, Allen Michael LeJeune of Salisbury, MO; her husband, Allen LeJeune of Church Point; her parents, Garry Pitts of Tipton, MO and Juliet Trester Pitts of Warsaw, MO; three sisters, Melissa Pitts of Cut Off, La., Erin Morales of Raytown, MO and Amanda Simmons of Sedalia, MO; one brother, Clinton Simmons of Versailles, MO; her maternal grandfather, Craig Trester, Sr. of Warsaw, MO.; her great maternal grandmother, Lila Bauer of Holden, MO; her paternal grandfather, Garry Pitts, Sr. of Abilene, KS.; her paternal grandmother, Millie Davis of Junction City, KS.; her aunt, Lila Shute of Lincoln, MO.; several paternal uncles; Jim Pitts, Greg Pitts, Brandon Pitts, Brian Pitts, Geremy Pitts, and Jess McCarly; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cassandra was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Beverly Lindsey; her cousins, Brandon Shute, Baby Olivia Guidry, Alexis Bailey,
