A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church in Church Point for Ms. Mary Lee Jacob, 84, who passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 2:27 a.m. at Acadia St. Landry Hospital in Church Point.
Fr. Davis, Pastor at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church will be officiating for the services. A Rosary will be recited Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. at the Church.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 7:30 a.m. until time of services all at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church in Church Point. Burial will be held at Our Mother of Mercy Cemetery #1 in Church Point.
Survivors include three brothers, Joseph, Floyd and Raymond Jacob all of Church Point and one sister, Mary Freda Minick of Church Point.
Ms. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Malbrough; her parents, Adam and Leanna Jacob; one sister, Henrietta Jacob and three brothers, Donald, Thomas and Joseph Shirley Jacob.
