Obituary for
William Charles Gautreaux Jr.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley for William C. Gautreaux, Jr., 58, who passed away at his home in Crowley surrounded by his family on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at 8:05 A.M.
Deacon Brian Winn, from Our Lady of the Sacred Heart will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Crowley.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Monday, August 31, 2015 from 4:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. A Rosary will be recited on Monday at 6 o’clock in the evening in the Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley. Visitation will resume on Tuesday at 8:00 A.M. until time of services.
Survivors include his wife, Charlene B. Gautreaux of Crowley; one daughter, Nichole Gautreaux of Crowley; two sons, William C. Gautreaux, III of Crowley and Wilfred Menard of Crowley; four brothers, Keith, Brian, Shane, and Chris Gautreaux all of Crowley; one sister, Michelle Menard of Kaplan and six grandchildren, Grant, Katelyn, Autumn, Hailee, Jaylen and Taylor.
Mr. Gautreaux was preceded in death by his parents, William and Sylvia Gautreaux, Sr. and one brother, Lance Paul Gautreaux.
Pallbearers for the services will be Willie Gautreaux, J. R. Menard, Shane Gautreaux, Brian Gautreaux, Chris Gautreaux and Wesley Hebert. Honorary Pallbearer will be his grandson, Grant Gautreaux.
