Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley for Gerald G. Trahan, 80 who passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 6:13 at Camelot of Broussard in Broussard.
Fr. Mikel Polson, Pastor of St. Michaels Catholic Church will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in the Estherwood Cemetery.
The family has requested visitation to be held on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. A Rosary will be recited at 6:30 in the evening on Friday in the Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley. Visitation will resume on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 8:00 A.M. until time of services all in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Trahan of Hammond, La., Patrick and wife, Christine Trahan of Lafayette and Randy and wife, Rachel Trahan of Lafayette; four grandson, Chance, Aadyn, Luke and Roman Trahan.
Mr. Trahan was preceded in death by his wife, Nelda Trahan; his parents, Ellis and Noelle H. Trahan; three brothers, John Trahan, Elwood “Noco” Trahan and Elridge Trahan.
