Charlene Ann Comeaux
Rayne- A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Charlene Anne Comeaux, 42, at 11:00AM on Thursday April 21, 2016 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Duson, LA with Rev. J. Aaron Melancon as Celebrant. The family is requesting that visitation be held at Duhon Funeral Home-Rayne Chapel on Wednesday April 20, 2016 from 9:00AM until 10:00PM with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00PM and will resume on Thursday at 8:00AM until just prior to the service time. Interment will follow the church service and will be in Sts Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery. Ms. Comeaux passed away on Saturday April 16, 2016 at her Mother’s residence in Rayne, LA.
Charlene is survived by her mother, Anne Dyson of Rayne, LA; children, Dashana Scarberry, Alex Comeaux, Patrick Fusilier, Matthew Broussard, Cassie Alleman and Caitlyn Fusilier; brother, James Comeaux of Rayne, LA; nephew, Hunter Paul Comeaux of Duson, LA and one sister, Jackie Thibodeaux and her husband, Shernal of Mire, LA.
She was preceded in death by her father, Maurice Comeaux, Jr; maternal grandparents, Lloyd Alleman and Anna Mae Delhomme Alleman as well as her paternal grandparents, Maurice Comeaux, Sr. and Euphrasie Smith Comeaux.
Pallbearers will be Carroll Comeaux, Harry Alleman, James Comeaux, Hunter Comeaux, Darren Benoit and Brandon Romero. Honorary pallbearers will be Nolan Allemam. Theresa Benoit and Pearl Richard.
