Obituary for
Mark Wayne Comeaux
Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 25, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne for Mark W. Comeaux, 52, who passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 2:30 P.M. at his home in Mire.
Deacon Tommy Adams, from St. Joseph Catholic Church will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in the Assumption Catholic Church Cemetery in Mire.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. in the Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne. A Rosary will be recited Sunday at 7 o’clock in the evening. Visitation will resume Monday, April 25, 2016 at 8:00 A.M. until time of services.
Survivors include his wife of thirty three years, Vickie L. Comeaux of Mire; one son, Bryan and wife, Robin Comeaux of Mire; one daughter, Myra and husband, Quintin Sonnier of Mire; two sisters, Rebecca Comeaux of Mire and Redell Miller of Scott; one brother, Mitchell Comeaux of Mire; friend, Melissa Lavergne of Mire; one step daughter, Carli, and husband, Lloyd Baise of Lottie; four grandchildren, Zachary, Brilynn, Annabella and Connor; three step grandchildren, Traylan, Iris and Kye.
Pallbearers for the services will be Bryan Comeaux, Quintin Sonnier, Troy Lavergne, Eric LaGrange, Brandon Romero and Blaine Trahan. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joshua Dupuis, Lloyd Baise, Jacob Broussard and Brandon Degeyter.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Comeaux and Willie Belle Seaux and one step son, Kye Doucet.
