Crowley- Funeral Services will be held for Diana R. Romero, 65, at 2:00 PM on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Roberts Cove Church of Church of Christ with Mr. Paul Estes officiating. Visitation will be held at Duhon Funeral Home-Chapel Crowley on Sunday, February 19, 2017 beginning at 10:00 AM and will continue until Monday until just prior to service time. Interment will follow the church service and will be in Kie Hebert Cemetery in Roberts Cove, LA. Mrs. Romero passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at her home.
Mrs. Romero is survived by her children, Ella Courtwright of Crowely, LA, Sherman Griffin, Jr. of Estherwood, LA, Lorraine Gozzetti and her wife, Rebeccah Rezin of Crowley, LA, Lois Billiot of Branch, LA, Elva Abshire and her husband, Huey of Rayne, LA, Randy L. Hoffpauir and husband, Grady Jones of Roberts Cove, LA, Romanda Lejeune and her husband, Bryan of Roberts Cove, LA, Sabrina Hollier and her husband, Charles of Estherwood, LA, Jarad Hoffpauir and his wife Ashley of Crowley, LA; thirty grandchildren; thirty four great-grandchildren; sister, Sandra Trahan and her husband, Hardy of Roberts Cove, LA.
She was preceded by her husband, Dalton Romero; parents Joseph Andrus Schexnider and Ella Mae Touchet Schexnider.
Pallbearers will be Randy Hoffpauir, Sherman Griffin, Huey Abshire, Bryan Lejeune, Brant Schexnider, Jonathon Trahan, Jarad Hoffpauir and Dylan Hoffpauir.
