Obituary for
Lucille Marie LeJeune (Menard)
Crowley- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Lucille M. LeJeune, 82, at 2:00PM on April 22, 2014 at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church in Estherwood, LA with Rev. Randy Moreau as Celebrant. Visitation will begin Monday April 21, 2014 at 2:00PM until 8:00PM with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00PM and will resume Tuesday morning at 8:00AM until just prior to service time. Interment will follow the church service in Estherwood Cemetery. Mrs. LeJeune passed away on Wednesday April 16, 2014 at Southwind Nursing Center in Crowley, LA.
Mrs. LeJeune is survived by her son, Ronald Myers and his fiancee', Michelle Landry of Duson, LA; daughter, Judy Guidry and her husband Larry of Crowley, LA; granddaughter Chantel Niccum and her husband Donald of Missouri; two grandsons, Christopher Myers and his wife Crystal of Church Point, LA and Kevin Guidry and his wife Naomi of Westlake, LA; three great-grandchildren, Kristian Lopez, Cameron Guidry and Alivia Guidry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles LeJeune; parents, Oreal and Sophie Menard ; two sisters, Hazel Schexnider and Vernice Menard; three brothers Clifton Menard, Clinton Menard and Elton Menard.
Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Wayne LeBlanc, Ricky LeBlanc, Bryce LeBlanc, Kevin Guidry, Shane Schexnider and Christopher Myers
The family wishes to express heartfelt thanks to the staffs of Southwind Nursing Center, American Legion Hospital of Crowley, LA, Dr. Satinder Saini and the Nursing Staff of Louisiana Hospice and Pallative Care for the wonderful heartfelt care given to their Mother during her illness.
