Rayne—A Memorial Gathering of Remembrance honoring the life of Jeanette Marie Bott Savoie, 52, of Rayne will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at
3:00 P.M. in Duhon Funeral Home Chapel, Rayne. Friends and family will be sharing memories.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 12:00 P.M. until service time in the funeral home.
Mrs. Savoie passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 12:59 A.M. in her Rayne residence.
A lifelong resident of the Rayne area, Mrs. Savoie’s greatest joy in life was spending time with and caring for her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband, Randy Savoie of Rayne; son, Robert Dionne and fiancé, Lindsey Bertrand of Rayne; step-daughter, Tina Hollier and husband, Kevin of Kaplan; mother and step-father, Edith and Linton Seaux of Rayne; sisters, Agnes Bowlin and husband, Ralph of Georgia, and Brenda Hebert and husband, Paul of Rayne; brothers, Mike Bott and wife, Joella of Texas, Joey Bott and wife, Wanda of Rayne, and Allen Bott and companion, Anne Thompson of Oshkosh, WI; grandchildren, Hailey Bott, Jade Koch, and Keagen Dionne; Godchild, Johnathon Thibodeaux; and half-sisters, Rachel McDaniel and Heather Harvey.
Preceding Mrs. Savoie in death were her father, Joseph Bott; son, Donald Bott; and sister, Earline Frances Bott.
