Obituary for
Harry Domingue
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne for Harry Domingue, 90, who passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Acadia General Hospital in Crowley.
Br. Gene Lee, Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Rayne will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Church New Cemetery Mausoleum in Rayne.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. until time of services all in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Survivors include his wife of twenty seven years, Shirley D. Domingue of Rayne; one sister, Jean and husband, Carl Sonnier of Crowley; one step daughter, Tonya and husband, Randy McKinnon of Vernal, UT; two step sons, Tom and wife, Natalie Campbell of Katy, TX., Jim and wife, Sharon Hooks of Pinedale, WY., one grand-daughter, Angela Domingue and husband, Shane Thigpen of Lufkin, TX; five step grandchildren, Matthew Campbell, Kymbra Ainge, Shilo Stevens, Megan Dean and Lacy Hooks; one great-grand daughter, JoAnna Elizabeth Thigpen and six step great-grandchildren.
Mr. Harry was preceded in death by two sons, Gerald Lee Domingue and Oran Joseph Domingue; his parents, Ebert and Bernadette Domingue; one grandson, Gerald Lee Domingue, and five brothers, Bernard, Dallas, Caffrey, Murphy and Norris Domingue.
Pallbearers will be Carl Sonnier, Frank Robert, Daniel Saltzman, Rusty Robert, Doug Robert and Joe Thigpen. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jimbo Hooks, Randy McKinnon, Tom Campbell, Shane Thigpen, Matthew Campbell, Bryan Cox, Talon Stevens and Sylas Breece.
