Church Point- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Patricia Ann Boudreaux, 49, at 2:00PM on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point, LA with the Very Reverend Msgr. Jeff DeBlanc as Celebrant. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and will resume on Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. until just prior to service time. Interment will follow the church service at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery “New”. Ms. Boudreaux passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Acadia General Hospital in Crowley, LA.
She was employed by Capitol Manufacturing in Crowley, LA as a union packer, a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother and sister who loved quilting; had a huge heart, was always willing to help those in need; loved her family unconditionally and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Patricia is survived by her children, Matthew James Shepard and Linda Guillory of Crowley, LA, Sedonia Faye Shepard of Crowley, LA, John Keith Shepard and his partner, Brian James Allum of Crowley, LA; fiance’ Dennis Keith “Hoolio” Betts, Jr of Crowley, LA; mother, Elaine C. LeJeune and husband, Gilbert of Church Point, LA; grandchildren, Matthew James Shepard, Jr., Donna Alyce Shepard and Catrina P. Bourque all of Crowley, LA; sisters, Tina Lavergne and her husband, Eric of Church Point, LA, Angela B. Bourgeois of Church Point, LA; brothers, John Kenneth Boudreaux and his companion, Annette Bellard of Church Point, LA, Scotty Boudreaux and his wife, Kathy of Sunset, LA.
She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Boudreaux, Jr.; paternal grandparents, Joseph Russell “Boose” Boudreaux, Sr. and Valmae Huckaby Boudreaux; uncle, John Kenneth Boudreaux; sister, Pamela Louise Boudreaux; brother-in-law, Charles Keith Bourgeois and her maternal grandparents, Martin Cormier and Orfreze Matte Cormier.
Pallbearers will be Curtis Bourque, Keith “Hoolio” Betts, Jr., Chad Richard, Donald Boudreaux, Roger Boudreaux, Kenneth Boudreaux, Eric Lavergne and Ashley LeJeune. Honorary pallbearers will be Scotty Boudreaux and Matthew James “M J” Shepard, Jr.
