Harold James "Pootie" Carrier
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point for Harold “Pootie” Carrier, 48 who passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at 11:50 a.m. at his Cousin’s house in Church Point.
Fr. Stephen Ugwu, Associate Pastor of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in the Our Mother of Mercy New Cemetery in Church Point.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. until time of services all at Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point.
Survivors include one son, Brian; three daughters, Bianca, Courtney and Keyenntra; his parents, Harry and Hazel Carrier of Church Point; one sister, Kathy and husband, Eric Babineaux of Church Point; a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
Pootie was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, Joseph and Genora Meche and his Paternal Grandparents, Aaron and Edola Carrier.
