Nick, a real Ham

For everyone who knows Nick knows what a awesome and dedicated Ham he was. I know me and many other Hams will miss having Nick as a sidekick at all the Ham radio events. He spent countless hours operating with us, often through the nights trying to log the next contact.

Nick also loved collecting radio junk just as much as he loved operating it. No matter what random part someone said they needed or used to have, Nick said, "I probably got that, somewhere".

Nick also always took time to talk to and entertain my daughter. She too will miss seeing him at all the events. She would always ask if Nick was going to be there. No matter what, Nick would always take time to let her sit on his knee. He would always ask her how she was doing. It made her day.

Now Nick moves on to the status of Silent Key. He was a Father, Husband, Ham and Friend that will be missed by all those who knew him, and many who only knew his voice.
